(10/6/20) Currently we are planning for a quick, outdoor, 20-30 minute ceremony in the back lawn of the building. So, attire wise – be flexible! Casual is completely fine! No need to dress fancy. But definitely plan to dress warm. I mean honestly if you want to wear your costume to the reception – have at it! If the weather is much too cold, rainy, or snows we will have the ceremony inside the heated reception tent in the front parking lot and everyone will be seated at their designated tables.
(10/6/20) Yes! And not to worry – it won't be porta-potties! The bathroom facilities inside the building will be available to our guests during the ceremony and the reception. The women's is a larger bathroom with multiple stalls where as the guys is a single stall bathroom. They will be managing and limiting so many guests in and out of the building at a time.
Of course! Please let us know by using this website under the "RSVP" tab/page up top – you can RSVP to both of them separately.
(10/6/20) We will have temperature checks at the door as you arrive, masks available, as well as sanitizing stations set up. You will be asked to sanitize your hands and wear a mask especially while getting any food items or drinks at the bar. We strongly suggest that if you feel even the slightest bit sick PLEASE stay home and do not attend. You will not hurt our feelings, we will understand, and we would rather be safe than sorry! We will be doing our very best at social distancing everyone in attendance. Tables will be kept to 6 people per round table to allow space between couples. We plan to have 66 total guests inside a 40x60 tent. This includes bride/groom, wedding party, plus ones, family, friends, photographers, bartenders, and the DJ. We are also going to utilize single-use cups, plates, silverware, napkins, etc to further safety. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO WEAR YOUR MASK AND SANITIZE YOUR HANDS WHEN GETTING FOOD OR DRINK.
We COMPLETELY understand and you will not hurt our feelings. We know that some may feel much more concerned than others and that is totally ok! We only want you to attend if you feel very comfortable doing so. We are going to do everything in our power to make this as safe of an event as possible – but do not feel obligated or forced to come by any means!
