Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal / garden party attire is perfect. Please wear nice but comfortable shoes suitable for both Mass and an outdoor reception in the grass. Consider bringing a light jacket—it may be cool in the evening.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 11:00 AM at St. Francis of Assisi in Raleigh. We recommend arriving between 10:30 - 10:45 AM to allow time for parking and seating. There is plenty of parking at the church. We will not have his or her sides - a seat anywhere closer to the center of the church is fine.

Question

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held at a private property on Stagecoach Road in Durham that we have rented for the weekend - Friday to Sunday. The property includes a main house, guest house, indoor and outdoor tennis courts. There will be signage and parking assistance on site. We are planning on an outdoor reception under an event tent.
