Please not bring a plus one or kiddos unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding! This said, we appreciate that many of you will be making at trip of your visit to Sun Valley; we'd recommend Sun Valley Super Sitters if you need childcare for the night of the wedding.
We're registered at Zola and Over the Moon.
The dress code for the welcome party is Cocktail. Note that the event will be indoor / outdoor. Ladies, break out your summery dresses, jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, etc. Men, think lightweight suit or a nice shirt + chinos. No jeans, please.
The dress code for the ceremony and reception is black-tie optional. We kindly request that men wear a tuxedo or a formal dark suit, and that women wear a formal evening gown or cocktail dress. Note that Sun Valley in September tends to be sunny and warm during the day, but a bit chilly in the evenings. Plan accordingly with a layer and sunglasses!
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held fully outdoors on grass (be mindful of pointy heels; wedges or platform heels are suggested). Please bring jackets/sweaters and sunglasses in case of colder weather or sun. After dinner dancing will take place indoors.
Transportation will be provided via shuttles from Sun Valley Resort to River Run Lodge, where you'll catch a gondola to the Roundhouse. Please see the wedding schedule page for more detailed information. There is parking at River Run Lodge if you prefer to drive on your own. But, please arrive by 4pm.
We want to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their meals during the reception, so please inform us if you or any member of your party have any dietary considerations or food allergies when you RSVP.
