SUMMARY OF COVID-19 WEDDING PROTOCOLS
Contact Information required by NY STATE of all attendees
-For any event conducted pursuant to this guidance, CGCC requires each attendee (or, if attendee is a minor, an adult from their party/household/family) in attendance to sign-in before or immediately upon arrival to the event, providing their full name, phone number for use in potential contact tracing efforts, if necessary.
Screening Testing
As of May 16 2021, Attendees do NOT need to show proof of vaccination nor provide negative PCR test prior to the event.
Temperatures taken at the front door upon arrival.
Social Distancing
All attendees must adhere to proper social distancing guidelines
Face coverings
masks are required at this time when moving around the room, dancing and or socializing. When seated at your assigned table, and eating and / or drinking mask removal will be ok.
Masks required in the Temple during Ceremony.
