Yes. There will be a bus shuttling guests to the venue (and back). The first shuttle leaves the hotel at approximately 4:40pm and the second shuttle leaves approximately 5:00pm. The shuttle will begin multiple trips back to hotel starting at 10:15pm through 11:15pm. The wedding venue is less than 10min (2.5 miles) from the wedding hotel–Aloft BWI.
Yes. There is ample parking at venue for guests who are driving. If the main lot is full, there is another lot across the street.
Yes! For guests who are not staying at the hotel, we highly encourage consideration of rush hour traffic. Allow extra time to arrive at the venue safe and on time. Guests who are driving to the venue are welcome to hang out at the Aloft BWI hotel lobby before the ceremony arrival time. The drive to the venue from the hotel is a quick 2.5 miles on local roads.
Yes. You may call the hotel front desk upon arrival to BWI and ask for a shuttle to pick you up.
Yes. It will be an interfaith fusion ceremony. There will be a Hindu and Christian ceremony.
What do you think this is, as zoo? The ceremony will be a fusion, therefore certain elements of each tradition will be excluded due to time. So unfortunately, Jason will not arrive on a horse.
Yes. An Indian style breakfast will be provided to our hotel guests between 7:30am-10:30am.
The airport, hotel and wedding venue are within a few miles of each other. Therefore, it is not necessary to rent a car as Uber/Lyft can be used. The hotel shuttle can be used get from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the wedding venue (when available).
