Please remember to bring your ID, our bartender will ask for it! In the event of rain, the ceremony will still take place outdoors and will not be under a tent. Please be prepared and bring an umbrella if the weather does not appear to be cooperating. Thank you!

FAQs

Other helpful notes for our guests!
Question

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that everyone tries to refrain from using any mobile devices or cameras during the ceremony. This is to ensure that guests are not distracted by the devices and the professional wedding photographer can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We would appreciate everyone RSVP’ing by April 1, to allow us time to finalize everything. We have set it up so the only way you can respond is online through our website. Just scan the QR code on the back of your wedding invite and it will bring you directly to the page you need!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding will be outdoors. We will have access to heaters to keep the inside of the tent warm if it happens to be a chilly day!

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In the unfortunate event that it is raining, the ceremony and reception will still be outdoors. We ask that you bring your own umbrellas to stay dry!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Keep in mind the venue is a garden, so we encourage you to be mindful of the grass when choosing shoes. Block or chunky heels would be okay, however, if you chose stilettos, or something similar, you would likely sink into the grass.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bridal party will step away to take pictures. There will be a cocktail hour and lawn games available. The entire garden is open for you to explore!

Question

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue when you arrive.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time. We will be starting promptly at 3:00pm.
