WEDDING DAY TIMELINE
3:30- 4:20 PM - Guests Arrive
• Light refreshments and drinks will be served.
4:30 PM - Ceremony
• Adults only please.
• No phones during the ceremony please
5:00 PM - Post-Ceremony Celebration
• Cocktail hour, snacks, and mingling while bride and groom do family portraits.
5:30 PM - Food is served
• Guests are welcome to serve themselves
6:00 PM- Dinner & Toasts
• A few toasts shared by some family and close friends.
6:30 PM – Cake cutting and Reception
• Enjoy dessert, music, and dancing.
• Playful games like Bride & Groom trivia.
7:00 PM - First dances
• Husband and Wife
• Father/Daughter dance
• Mother/Son
7:15/30 - Open dance floor
• Get down & boogie
8:00 PM- Immediate family’s kids head home
• Bridal Dress change
• PARRRTAYYYY!!!!
9:30 PM- DJ leaves
• Event concludes
