FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Question

How are you keeping guests safe from COVID?

Answer

First and foremost, we strongly encourage all of our guests to get the vaccination to protect themselves and others from this deadly disease. We will enforce distancing, require masks, and pre-portion food to limit guest contact. The ceremony will be outdoors and reception space will have constant air flow. The health and safety of our guests is of utmost priority and we appreciate your cooperation as we celebrate our special day. **If you have been exposed or have even the slightest ailment (cough, sore throat, fever, etc.) we ask that you DO NOT attend either event**

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is August 6th, 2021. Please mail your RSVP card (attached to the invitation) back to the couple as soon as possible. You may also RSVP on our website by clicking on the "RSVP" tab and following the prompts.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Vehicles can NOT be left overnight. Gates to the venue will lock at 10 PM the night of the wedding and will remain locked until the following day. Fines will be issued to the newlywed couple if vehicles are still on the premise. PLEASE make arrangements and drive responsibly.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Zola. Click the registry tab on our website to have access to the wish list.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will try to accommodate all food allergies we are aware of. If you have a specific allergy, please include that on your RSVP card. We have arranged to have options for those who cannot eat pork, dairy, shellfish, meat, and nuts.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Haue Valley recommends Comfort Inn (636-257-4600) and Holiday Inn at Six Flags (636-938-6661) due to their close proximity. We will list several options for guests to select from under the Travel section on our website.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The day of the wedding is cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors with a reception to follow in a hybrid indoor/outdoor space. Missouri can get very humid so plan accordingly!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be free parking onsite at the ceremony/reception venue. Please note that if you plan on drinking, also plan for a designated driver as ride share companies are hard to find in the area. YOU CAN NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR ON THE PREMISE AFTER 9:50 PM ON 9/26/2021 OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED AND SUBJECT TO TOWING.
