The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive between 4:00- 4:15pm to be seated.
Indoors - The ceremony and reception take place at the same venue. It would be best to park your vehicle at your hotel and walk across the street to the venue. The Hilton is directly across the street, and the Marriott is about 1.5 blocks.

Regrettably, our chosen venue is unable to accommodate children. However, babysitting will be provided at the Hilton hotel to accommodate your needs, as we understand that some of our out of town guests may need options for childcare during the wedding. The only adult-only event during the weekend is the wedding ceremony and reception. If you would like options for childcare during these events on Saturday please contact us directly. Wedding Parking- Huntington Parking Garage (behind the Old Court House) . Entrances to garage are available from Lakeside Ave. and West 3rd Street.. I believe this parking garage is max $10 for the day. Majority of our guests will be parking on the other side of the Huntington Garage affiliated with the Hilton with tunnel access to the lobby. The Marriott and The Hilton both have self parking, unfortunately Valet service is currently suspended due to COVID. Marriott Self-parking is in garage across the street from the hotel and has access to the hotel via tunnel / elevator below the main hotel lobby. Yes, we have reserved hotels blocks at the Hilton and Marriott next to the venue. Please check the travel tab for more details on how to book. Reservations should be made no later than Nov 1st 2020 to get block rate.
During the ceremony we ask that you please refrain from photos, and cell phones. This will allow our photography team the ability to capture those special moments. During the reception, please feel free to snap away and capture all the fun and memorable moments (and I'm sure some great dance moves) .
