What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please begin arriving to the venue at 4:00pm! Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Flowerfield has a large parking lot across from the main entrance. We WILL have valet parking as the lot is slightly uphill.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have not been given a +1, we kindly ask that you come solo.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation. If specific names are listed, those individuals are solely invited. If your invitation indicates “The ___ Family” that includes all members of your household!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see our travel tab of our website! We have arranged for guest rooms at Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge. Rooms are available for 1 or 2 nights! Rates are $154/night for a single or double bed room. Pets ARE allowed but must be submitted to Kayla/Lee no later than September 2025 to notify hotel with pet count/types/room numbers. Hotel rooms must be booked by 10/16 before the block closes!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know as soon as possible! Our venue is very accommodating. Many of the items are prepared Gluten Free. We will have vegetarian options as well!
