This is our story and we are sticking to it. Kidding. Though Lee and Jordan had originally crossed paths in the summer of 2015, it it was a consistent uphill battle for Lee to convince Jordan to grab coffee with him for almost four years. Kidding again, sort of. When Lee FIRST met Jordan, they shared mutual friends and found each other crossing paths often until Lee eventually got Jordan’s number and took her out surfing the next summer. After the surf trip, Lee had developed a slight crush on this girl and wanted to get to know her better. After some brief conversations at the lake about her job and where she worked, Lee thought he might drop by one day after he got off work to catch her for surprise and invite her to coffee. Without too much detail, this effort fell short and Lee knew he was going to have to wait this one out a bit as Jordan was still getting her life prepared to become Lee’s wife. The next few years, Lee and Jordan still crossed paths often sharing the same friend groups. Lee had given her some advice on music (which she desperately needed) and also lent some support as Jordan began her early research into owning her own Salon (Thanks Lee for Jo & Co). (<-- LOLL- Jo) It wasn’t until early 2019 that Lee finally decided to do some soul searching. Upon returning from one of his first big trips, finding a wife (or even girlfriend for that matter) was the last of his thoughts. He was exploring solo-ness and reading a lot about business. As Lee was getting up from his reading/dinner on Cherry Street one evening in July, 2019, he heard a familiar voice call around. Low and behold, he sees Jordan walking down the street towards him. Their brief chat let to Lee’s perseverance firing at will and he asked her to another coffee, 4 years later. This time Jordan said yes, and they have been together ever since. To many more coffees, a continuous pursuit of God, and a lot more adventures.
