When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online in the RSVP section of the website by Thursday September 17th 2020 (but the sooner the better of course). *If you suddenly cannot attend for any reason, please update your RSVP response in the RSVP section of the website, and/or contact the bride or groom as soon as you are aware- thank you*

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

No, the ceremony is at 5:30PM at Harborside Chapel 2100 Marshall Street Safety Harbor FL 34695 ***The cocktail hour and reception (adults only) will be directly following the ceremony at 7pm and is at Cypress Run Golf Club 2669 St. Andrews Boulevard Tarpon Springs FL 34688. ***IMPORTANT: You must enter the golf club by checking in at the security gate at the West entrance, which is off of East Lake Drive which is off of Keystone Road. You cannot access as a guest from off of East Lake Road. After checking in at the security checkpoint proceed to the Club House to park and enter the venue. Maps such as Google maps may tell you to enter from the East side but you would not be able to enter that entrance point as a guest. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will be able to enter the chapel at 5pm for seating, and the ceremony will start promptly at 530pm.

What safety measures do you have in place in regards to Covid 19?

Answer

We are getting married & celebrating as safely as possible, this includes a smaller guest list. With health & safety in mind, please respect the following guidelines per current standards & our request: *Guests will wear a mask for the ceremony & the reception unless eating/drinking. Masks will be available if you do not have one on arrival. *Social distancing will be practiced within the chapel (every other pew, spacing within the row unless the same family) & at the reception as well. *Multiple hand sanitizing stations will be in place at the chapel & reception. *We recommend refraining from hugging, handshakes, & high-fives, basically touching in general. Air-hugs & air-fives are the way to go! *Please stay home if you are feeling unwell🤧🤒 if you have questions please ask us!

Answer

No, we love your kids but our celebration will be adults only. Please get a sitter and enjoy a night off to have some fun!

Yes, please indicate this when you RSVP on the website in the meal section or contact the bride directly.

Is there parking available for the ceremony and reception?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and/or reception location?

Answer

There will NOT be transportation to/from the ceremony itself at Harborside Chapel. There WILL be a limited amount of shuttle rides to and from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the reception venue Cypress Run for the end of the event. ***One shuttle will be picking up from Cypress at 1045pm, and a second shuttle will be picking up at 11pm to go back to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites.*** If you will not be able to drive safely after the event, it is ok to leave your vehicle and retrieve it in the morning. Please drive responsibly and consider an Uber, Lyft, or carpooling 😊

May I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We're requesting an unplugged ceremony, so we ask that you please put your phones (and iPads/tablets/laptops and digital cameras) away during the ceremony. We encourage photos be taken at the reception, and of yourselves before and after the ceremony. If you do post, please use our wedding hashtag: #partylikeapapa
