When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please send in your RSVP card no later than May 8th. It will be most helpful for you to send it in as soon as possible, though.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Answer

Only if your invitation specifically includes them. We are trying to keep our reception as “adult only” as possible, with the exception of immediate family.

Will there be transportation to and from the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle from a location in Portage and the hotel block to and from the reception venue. Please see the “Schedule” tab for more information.

Are you registered? Where?

Is the reception venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The reception venue is indoor in a large and very spacious hall.

Question

What kind of COVID precautions will be in place? Am I going to have to wear a mask the entire time?

Answer

At this time, masks will most likely need to be worn for the duration of the ceremony in the church. Should restrictions ease before then, we will update you as soon as possible. As per COVID guidelines at the reception venue, the caterers will have to serve the food to everyone as they move through the buffet line. We are asking that everyone wear a mask while going through the buffet line. We will have masks available near the buffet as well. Aside from that, masks will be optional for the evening.
