FAQs

If you have questions beyond this list, please reach out to Leanna or Gage.
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire for the event is semi-formal / dressy causal. Since the celebration will be held outdoors in August, please keep in mind that the weather may be warm. And with that, sunscreen is encouraged! For outfit inspiration, please refer to https://www.theknot.com/us/leanna-harris-and-gage-carlson-aug-2025/dress-code

Question

Can I bring a plus one and/or children?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those listed on the invitation. And while we adore your children, we've decided to have an adults-only wedding. We hope you understand and still join us for our special day!

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 30th so we can finalize the details and make sure everything is prepared for your attendance. Please let us know if you'll be joining us as soon as you can by visiting https://www.theknot.com/us/leanna-harris-and-gage-carlson-aug-2025/rsvp

Question

I’m traveling—where are the best places to stay?

Answer

For our recommended accommodations, please visit the Travel page, where you’ll also find information about our hotel block and available shuttle service.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, you can visit the Registry page to view our list! Please feel free to give what you're comfortable with and can afford—there’s no required amount, despite what the internet might suggest. Do not feel obligated to give!

Question

What are the addresses of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location. We will be celebrating at Evergreen Meadows. The address is 5510 396th Dr SE, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.

Question

When should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Kindly arrive between 3:15 PM and 3:45 PM. This will provide us with ample time to finalize preparations for the venue and ensure you are fully ready for the ceremony to begin. Please be aware: the I-90 and Highway 18 interchange can be busy, especially on Saturdays and during the summer when construction is at its peak. Plan accordingly and allow extra time for travel to ensure you arrive on time.

Question

Is parking available at the venue? Do you provide transportation?

Answer

The wedding venue has parking available for up to 80 vehicles. We encourage you to carpool with others listed on your invitation to help ensure everyone has a space. If you're staying at the Snoqualmie Inn, a shuttle service is available to take you to and from the venue.

Question

What food will be served, and are there options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by a local food truck, Tacos Jalisco. We'll be serving tacos and quesadillas with a variety of meat options, as well as a delicious veggie choice. Enjoy a selection of salsas, chips, fresh fruit, and salad. For dessert, we’ll have a variety of sweet treats, including gluten-free options.

Question

What drink options will be available?

Answer

We will have non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer, wine, and seltzers, available after the ceremony. During the cocktail hour, we will also be serving two signature mixed drinks for you to enjoy.

Question

Is the venue ADA-accessible?

Answer

Unfortunately, the space is not fully ADA-accessible, as there are a few steps leading to the ceremony area, reception, and restrooms. We ask that you prepare accordingly.

Question

Can I take photos during the event?

Answer

We kindly request that the ceremony be device-free, unless otherwise specified. During the cocktail hour and reception, we encourage you to share your photos by uploading them to the QR code that will be provided at the venue.

Question

Will there be dancing during the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have a song request, please include it during the RSVP process. We will also be playing some line-dancing songs throughout the night. While you’re not required to learn the dances, if you'd like to get a head start, view tutorials and demonstration videos by visiting https://www.theknot.com/us/leanna-harris-and-gage-carlson-aug-2025/line-dances
