When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by June 30, 2026. If you are unable to attend, please let us know at your earliest convenience to allow us to plan accordingly.

How do I receive a copy of my RSVP?

Answer

After submitting your RSVP, there is an option to enter your email address. If you missed this step, navigate to the RSVP page on our website to edit your response and add your email there.

Can I bring a guest or plus-one?

Answer

We're excited to celebrate this special day with only our closest friends and family. If a plus-one was given, you'll have an opportunity to confirm their details when you RSVP.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Children are limited to just those named on your formal invitation and on your RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We’d love to see everyone dress up with us! Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or black to let the wedding party shine.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is our present! However, if you wish to make a contribution to our 2027 honeymoon, we will have a card box available at the reception. What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 4:30 PM. We recommend that you arrive between 3:45 PM - 4:15 PM to allow time to park, enter the venue, and find a seat.

Where is the University Club located?

Answer

The University Club does not have a numerical address on campus. The easiest way to get there is to take McKenzie Avenue: Turn right on Gordon Head Road Turn left on West Campus Gate Turn left on West Campus Way Drive down the road past the crosswalk and the building will be on your right.

Where do we park?

Answer

The closest parking lot is Lot #9 (directly across from the University Club). Lots #8 and #10 are also within walking distance along West Campus Way. Payment is required if parking on campus ($5.00/day). If preferred, free parking is available along Gordon Head Road or in the surrounding neighbourhood located off campus. Please respect any posted signage in the surrounding area.

Is the venue wheelchair and walker accessible?

Yes! Both ceremony and reception are accessible-friendly.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the patio. The reception will be held indoors. Both events are at the same location.

Can I take photos/video on my phone or camera during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away for an unplugged ceremony. Thank you in advance!

What is the dining situation?

Answer

A cocktail hour and formal buffet will be offered with consideration to dietary restrictions and allergies. When you RSVP, you'll have an opportunity to provide us with any known dietary concerns.
