From middle school soccer teammates to high school sweethearts, Leah and Max have always been there for one another. They began dating in 2013 and over the years their relationship has continued to grow, no matter the distance - from Leah studying abroad in Italy for five months to Max completing his PhD at UBC over the past five years. In September 2024, Max planned a full day in Vancouver for Leah, beginning with a picnic and stroll through the gardens at Queen Elizabeth Park followed by dinner with scenic mountain views. While Leah had guessed most of the day’s plans, Max finally surprised her at Spanish Banks beach with a sunset proposal. And the rest is history! Leah and Max are excited for this next chapter of their lives together and can’t wait to celebrate their special day with you!
