Homewood Suites by Hilton Portland

We have reserved a room block here for our guests! You can book the hotel as part of the room block by clicking on the link to the hotel's website, selecting "add special rate code" and adding group code "WSW." You may also call the hotel and reference "Wihtelin & Stevens wedding" to receive the group rate. The hotel requires a two-night minimum stay to get the discounted group rate. In order to get the discounted rate, you must book by July 31st. Alternatively, if you only want to stay one night, you can book the hotel on their website directly. This hotel is about a 45 minute drive to the venue, but is close to Portland and the airport. We will be providing a shuttle from the hotel to and from the wedding!

A shuttle will pick up guests from the Courtyard Portland Airport Hotel and the Homewood Suites at 3:15pm (we'll provide a final time closer to the wedding to those using the shuttles). Guests staying at either of these hotels are welcome to take the shuttle. Guests opting to stay in downtown Portland may also drive or take an Uber to the hotels to take the shuttle to the venue. Return shuttles from the venue back to the hotels will be offered at 8:30pm and 10:30pm. We ask that you please let us know by August 1st if you are planning to utilize the shuttles!

Travel Note

Taxi Information

If you are not planning to take the shuttle, you can try to arrange a taxi to take you to and from the venue through Portland Taxi Services, or another taxi company. Ride share apps are not available where the venue is located.

Lakeview Inn

This hotel is about 15 minutes from the venue. We do not have a room block at this hotel and will not be offering a shuttle from here but this a great option for guests who are looking to stay closer to the venue and Sebago Lake!
