We are so excited to have you celebrate with us on our special day! We have compiled answers to some common questions, but if you have any other questions that aren't listed here please feel to reach out to the bride or groom.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by August 1st to give us enough time to finalize numbers with our vendors. Please use the RSVP tab to let us know whether you can attend!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! As we prepare for the wedding, we kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend through the RSVP tab. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but by letting us know in advance we can make necessary adjustments to our plan.

IS THIS A KID FRIENDLY WEDDING?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests who receive a plus one (either by name on the invite or included on the online RSVP feature) can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I REQUEST A SONG FOR THE DJ?

Answer

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Our wedding will be a semi-formal event, and we kindly request that our guests dress accordingly. We want everyone to feel comfortable and look their best! We ask that guests refrain from wearing denim or flip flops. Please also refrain from wearing white or cream. Please note, the ceremony will be in the grass so keep that in mind when choosing footwear!

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved room blocks at two hotels that are about 45 minutes away from the venue in South Portland and Scarborough. Please check out the "Travel" tab for more information!

ARE YOU GOING TO OFFER TRANSPORTATION?

Answer

Yes, we will be offering shuttles to and from the hotels we have reserved room blocks at (please see the "Travel" tab for more information). If you are not staying at the hotel, you can try to arrange a taxi to take you to and from the venue (check out https://www.portlandtaxiservices.com/index.php). Ride share apps are not available where the venue is located.

IS THERE PARKING?

Answer

Yes, the venue has plenty of parking on-site! We ask that those who are choosing to drive do so responsibly.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive by at least 4:15pm, which is 15 minutes before the ceremony time. This ensures that guests will have some time to mingle and get seated.

WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTSIDE?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will take place in the tent and the barn. When thinking about footwear, please keep in mind that you will be walking in grass.

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and spirits!
