Surprise!

Hello friends and loved ones, We’re getting married! Yes — it’s happening soon (we know!), and while it may feel like it’s all unfolding quickly, this moment has actually been a long time in the making. We first met back in high school. We were each other’s first love and Ken was Leah’s first boyfriend and first kiss. When it came time for college, we went our separate ways — Ken, being the wise old soul he’s always been, thought Leah should go live life. But we never truly lost touch. Every year, without fail, we’d check in — a text, a call, just a moment to ask how the other was doing. No matter what version of ourselves showed up, it always felt warm. Easy. Familiar. Like home. Then in 2020, life got loud and we lost contact — for four whole years. But the universe had other plans. Last year, Leah looked Ken up on social media… only to find that on the exact same day, he had sent her a friend request. Some love stories just write themselves. And this time, we’re choosing to stay connected — in a kind of forever love that never really left. We’ve decided to keep our ceremony and reception small and intimate, surrounded by close family and a few longtime friends. It wasn’t an easy decision — there are so many people we love and cherish — but for this part of our journey, we felt called to create a space that’s gentle, quiet, and deeply personal. That said, your love and support still mean the world to us. Whether you’ve known us forever or are just getting to witness this chapter, we’re so grateful for your kindness, encouragement, and excitement. It truly holds us up.
