We are asking guests at our ceremony to please refrain from using their cellular devices to take photos. We want to make sure our wedding photographer has the best possible view of our shining (sweating) faces without cellphones in the way. However, you are more than welcome to take photos at the reception!
We are asking guests to arrive in business casual or cocktail party attire. This is not a black-tie formal event. Anyone choosing to wear heels should note that we will be outside, and thus stilettos are probably not a good option. The temperatures in Flagstaff do vary, and nights can be chilly for those used to warmer temperatures. Please check the weather before your trip, and we suggest bringing an extra layer if you think you might need one.
There is absolutely no smoking outside of a designated smoking area at the venue. June is a particularly dry month for Flagstaff and forest fires can readily start with as little as a single spark. Please be aware of current fire restrictions and whether or not public smoking is permitted by the city, as that would prohibit smoking even in a designated section. We will try to update here as we approach the wedding.
We have provided a list of cash funds for you to donate to if you are feeling generous. We do not need any household goods at this time, please reach out to us if you have any questions!
Parking is available at the Arboretum with no extra charge.
