Travel Note
Passport Requirements: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your planned arrival date in Bali. This is a strict requirement for entry into Indonesia. They will not let you in with only 6 months or less, please check this before coming! Travel Dates: Feel free to arrive early on June 8th to relax & explore Bali with us before the wedding. You're also welcome to stay after the wedding for a holiday. We will be hanging around and keen to hang out with you! Entry Requirements As Australian citizens, you must get a Visa on Arrival (VoA), which allows a 30-day stay in Bali. It is approximately $50 AUD- and can be obtained upon arrival or online. We recommend doing this online pre arrival to get through the airport a lot quicker. Additionally, a tourism levy of $15 AUD is required, which can be paid online via the Love Bali website or app, or upon arrival at designated payment counters at the airport Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip- please do not come without! Travel insurance provides essential coverage for unexpected events such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage, ensuring peace of mind during your travels. We use "Insure & Go" however there are multiple providers you can search online. Customs Declaration: Complete the digital customs declaration online before your flight. This step helps speed up the customs process and makes entering the country much easier. Proof of Return or Onward Travel: Have a return flight booking to Australia or onward flight booking to another country ready, as this may be requested upon entry. Club Jetstar Membership: If you're planning to fly with Jetstar, consider joining Club Jetstar to access exclusive travel deals and discounts for $65 a year. They do half price Bali sale fares, return for free flights and cheaper deals than other airlines.
