Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but our venue has limited space, so we can only invite those named on the invitation. If you’re hoping to bring someone along, please reach out to us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re embracing Bali’s vibrant spirit, so please come dressed in bright, bold colors—think tropical prints, florals, and lively hues! Anything color! Theme is "Dopamine Dressing" cocktail attrite. Please avoid: White or black attire. Heavy or formal clothing that might be uncomfortable in Bali's warm climate. We want everyone to feel relaxed and stylish while soaking up the tropical vibes. If you have any questions or need outfit suggestions, feel free to reach out!

Question

Getting to and from the Wedding Venue

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration without worrying about transportation. Here are your options: Transport Apps: Download GoJek or Grab on your smartphone. This is the Bali Uber and are widely used in Bali- Hayden and I use this every trip for all our transportation needs. You can easily book a ride—be it a car or scooter—directly from your location to the venue. Simply open the app, set your pickup and drop-off points, and confirm your ride. Payment can be made via credit card or cash, depending on your preference. A 10-minute ride can be approx $2 for either car/taxi or scooter. Walking: If you're staying nearby, feel free to walk to the venue. Bali's tropical evenings can be delightful for a short stroll. Private Transport: If you prefer a private driver, please send me a private message, and I'll be happy to help arrange a driver for you. I have many local drivers I have used over the years and can set a price with you for pick up & drop off. There's no need to organize transportation in advance unless you would like a private driver. You can arrange your ride on the night using the GoJek or Grab apps when you're ready to leave. Let me know if you need any assistance or have questions about getting to the venue. We're here to help!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony? What happens if I am late?

Answer

We understand that Bali's traffic can be unpredictable—what should be a short 1–2 km drive can sometimes take up to an hour, especially during peak times. 🚗 Travel Tips: Leave Early: To ensure you arrive on time, we recommend departing well in advance. Peak Traffic Hours: Avoid traveling during peak traffic times, typically between 7:30–9:30 AM and 3pm–10pm PM. Scooters: If you're comfortable, scooters are often the quickest way to navigate through traffic. ⏰ Ceremony Timing: Please note, if you arrive after the ceremony has started, we won't be able to delay it as we need to adhere to the schedule set by our wedding planner. Please ensure you are there no later than 3:30pm. 🍹 Arriving Early? If you arrive before the ceremony begins, you'll be directed to a cocktail area where you can enjoy drinks and live music while waiting. To avoid traffic, we recommend staying in the area. Canggu is approx 20 minutes away and is a popular area for tourist. You can get to the villa by either Car/Taxi or Scooter! Seseh area where the wedding is located, is not as popular as other areas with less eating areas & things to do. Therefore, we recommend staying in Canggu or Seminyak area.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. This allows all guests to relax and enjoy the evening without distractions. However, of course you can still bring your kids for a holiday to Bali. Exceptions: -Our flower girls are close family members who will remain with us throughout the celebration. -Newborns & Babies Under 2: If you have a newborn or baby under 2 years old, please reach out to us directly. We understand that traveling with young children can be challenging, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. -Nanny Services: At Your Accommodation: If you're bringing your children for the holiday but need childcare during the wedding, we can assist in arranging a nanny to stay at your accommodation to care for your kids during the day or night. At the Villa/Venue: Alternatively, if you're not comfortable with the first option, you may choose to hire a nanny at your own expense to stay inside our villa/venue to look after the children while we celebrate outdoors. However, we prefer this as a last resort and kindly ask that you consider the first option. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out!

Question

Should I bring a wedding gift?

Answer

No! We are so grateful for your presence at our wedding—it truly is the greatest gift we could ask for. Given the travel and expenses involved in joining us in Bali, we kindly request that NO wedding gifts be brought. We won’t be having a wishing well or gift registry. Your company and support mean the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP via our wedding website by 31st of December 2025. Please know our wedding planner has requested final numbers by this date as needing to plan with international vendors. Please let me know if you need to RSVP later or unsure by this date.

Question

Where should I stay, and what should I do in Bali?

Answer

We recommend accommodations near the venue. A Bali travel guide will be posted in the Facebook group for all information on where to stay, where to eat, things to do and all other must know information! We will be staying in Seminyak from June 8th, then Seseh area from June 11th the night beofre the wedding. After the wedding we will be staying around the Canggu/Seminyak area!
