The King Street Trolley
The King Street Trolley runs every 15 minutes from 11 AM to 11 PM, 365 days a year! The trolley is free and has a stop at the Metro (King Street Station), with direct access into D.C.
Nationals Park
Our first date was a Nats game! Navy Yard is a fun place to check out while you're in town.
US Marine Corps War Memorial
We love to walk to the Iwo Jima Memorial. We had a picnic here for one of our first dates! You can grab a sandwich, like we did first, at the Chelsea Market & Deli at 2250 Clarendon Blvd.
Virtue Feed & Grain
For Easter 2025 brunch after church, we took our families here to have a meal all together. The food is great and it is right by the water!
Gravelly Point
Gravelly Point is a cool spot to watch the planes go by! We like to rent a Capital City Bike and ride from here to Georgetown for lunch.

We come here a lot with our friends, especially during football season!!
Mia's Italian Kitchen
We ate at Mia's Kitchen after touring the wedding venue for the first time! The food is SO good - it was a great night.
