Dear friends and family, Thank you all for your understanding and flexibility in these uncertain times. Due to widespread vaccination efforts, we can finally get married! Please Re-RSVP through the link above, as we understand that traveling may not be feasible anymore (or maybe now traveling is more feasible!) and we would like to get an updated head count. If you can’t make it for whatver reason, come back here on September 12th at 4:15 pm PST and we will have a link to view the wedding live stream! Covid precautions will be in place, and both the ceremony and the reception are taking place outdoors! We want all of our guests to feel as safe as possible. Dear friends and family, We have made the painful but necessary decision to postpone our October 4th (previously postponed from April 25th) wedding in Lafayette, CA. Even before the CDC advised cancelling all gatherings over 50 people, we realized that it was important to keep you, our loved ones, safe from covid-19. For now we are working with our venue and various vendors to navigate this season of cancellations. Please keep your eyes out for our new wedding date. We hope that by then this pandemic will be a thing of the past and we will be able to enjoy celebrating together. In the meantime, please stay safe and healthy and embrace the social distancing! We are doing our part staying home, playing board games, cooking complex recipes together, and of course getting in a lot of quality time with the cats... for now they seem very happy to have us home. Leah and Boudey met Fall 2012 in San Luis Obispo, CA while attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Leah was a music major, Boudey was statistics. Their first date was at Kreuzberg Cafe. Once the relationship was established with a really random group date/hangout situation in Berkeley, Boudey and Leah decided never to ever live life without each other again. After a brief long distance relationship period, Leah and Boudey moved in together in The Bronx, adopted two cats, and have finally decided to have a wedding!

It is our Thanksgiving to go to Cape Cod together ever since we moved to the East Coast. 2018 is our third year there, second year staying in this particular cabin in Eastham. it’s Thanksgiving morning and it’s freezing outside, but we decided to go down to the dock behind our cabin, pictured above. After a little bit of huddling for warmth Boudey popped the question and Leah said yes (after a little bit of hyperventilating and some happy tears and ring appreciatiation). Then we ran back up to the cabin, opened the bottle of Old Rip Van Winkle 10 year bourbon (aka Pappy) and called our parents!
