When we were just teens attending rival high schools, we were introduced through mutual friends and established our connection. Both of us felt the spark from day one but the timing wasn't right. Fifteen years later, that spark was still alive. We'd both had an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and what we were looking for in a partner and the stars aligned and brought us back together! They say timing is everything, and we totally agree!

Leah: I had moved back to Asheville and was just beginning my renovation on my first home. In despair because of a lack of contractors available to help with my demo, I posted on Facebook for Help! Aaron reached out with a list of guys he had available to help me. That's how the conversation began again. While in Mexico helping Sean and Sophie seek out a venue for their wedding, we continued to virtually communicate. Upon my return to the US, I had plans to attend a Bob Dylan concert with my parents and some of their friends. I was asking around to all of my friends to see who might be available to join me when Aaron just happened to write to ask for a date. I told him he was welcome to join my parents and I to see the show! Fearlessly, he showed up (parents and all) and we had a blast! We've been inseparable since!
