There is no minimum night booking requirement for this hotel accommodation. Guests are able to book any number of nights between Thursday, September 29th - Sunday, October 2nd and receive the honored per night, room block rate. For guests who are able, we highly encourage arriving Thursday, September 29th (the night prior to our wedding event) since guaranteed check-in is not until later in the afternoon on Friday, September 30th (the date of our wedding event). Guests are able to contact the hotel in advance to request an early check-in time, although it is not 100% guaranteed that an early check-in time will be available. Book your room by August 30, 2022 to receive the discounted rate.

Shuttle
September 30, 2022 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided for guests between Hyatt Monterey and Carmel Valley Ranch for the wedding event. Shuttles will be departing at 4:00 pm sharp from the Hyatt Monterey to Carmel Valley Ranch. Shuttles will be available throughout the evening, starting at 10:00 pm, to take you back to the hotel.
