BUS SCHEDULE - Flocktails 6/06/24
Departure TO Lyford Cay Club: GRAND HYATT BAHA MAR Buses will depart from the Grand Hyatt main entrance at 7:20PM. ISLAND HOUSE Vans will depart from the Island House main entrance at 7:40PM and 7:50PM Return FROM Lyford Cay Club: Transportation will be waiting at the POOL driveway for all guests, easily accessible from the pool terrace. GRAND HYATT BAHA MAR Buses will depart at 10:25PM. ISLAND HOUSE Van will depart at 10:20 and 10:30PM.

Departure TO LCC Yacht Club: LYFORD CAY CLUBHOUSE Buses will depart from the main club entrance at 6:40PM. GRAND HYATT BAHA MAR Buses will depart from the Grand Hyatt main entrance at 6:20PM. ISLAND HOUSE Bus will depart from the Island House main entrance at 6:40PM. Return FROM LCC Yacht Club: All buses will depart from the yacht club at 10:00PM. Please be sure to get on the correct bus for your desired destination!

Departure TO Lyford Cay Club: GRAND HYATT BAHA MAR Buses will depart from the Grand Hyatt main entrance at 5:40PM. ISLAND HOUSE Vans will depart from the Island House main entrance at 6:00PM. Return FROM Lyford Cay Club: Transportation will be waiting at the POOL driveway for all guests, easily accessible from the little club. GRAND HYATT BAHA MAR Vans will shuttle to and from the Grand Hyatt from 12:30AM - 2:30AM. Please note there may be interim wait time while the vans are making their current drop offs. ISLAND HOUSE Van will depart to and from Island House from 1:30AM - 2:30AM. Please note there may be interim wait time while the van is making a current drop off.

Lyford Cay Club Amenities
Use of Lyford Cay Club Amenities requires a guest card for each wedding attendee. This will be your room key for those staying on property. For those staying off property, guest cards can be picked up from the LCC front desk upon your first visit. A valid credit card will be required for retrieval of the guest pass which will serve as your only method of payment for use of any Lyford amenities. Guest cards allow you to use club restaurants, beach, golf, and tennis (additional fees may apply) outside of scheduled wedding events. For wedding events, guest cards are not required.

Lyford Cay Clubhouse
Wedding weekend events will take place throughout the Lyford Cay Club Grounds which are a 10 minute drive from the airport. A map and logistical instructions will be provided for each event. Due to the limited accommodations of the Lyford Cay Clubhouse, most wedding guests will be staying off property with bus transportation provided to and from wedding events. For those who do end up staying at the Clubhouse, the Rissolo-Croll group rate will be available for up to 5 nights, after which regular non-member rates will apply. We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy in "Lyford FAQs" section prior to booking your stay. The Island House
The Island House is located immediately outside of the Lyford gates and is the closest hotel to the Lyford grounds available to guests. This is a boutique hotel with limited availability and regular room rates will apply as a room block is not available. Group transportation will be provided to and from the Island House for all scheduled wedding events.

Grand Hyatt Baha Mar
The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is a 15-minute drive from the airport and a 25-minute drive to the Lyford Cay Club. Group transportation will be provided to and from Baha Mar for all scheduled wedding events. Additional Travel Tips
If you plan to rent a car or a golf cart please remember vehicles drive on the left side of the road in the Bahamas. Arrive at the airport for your departure flight at least 2.5 hours prior to your flight as you clear US customs in the Nassau airport. There is no priority clearance for first class passengers etc. so please plan accordingly.
Flight
Lynden Pindling International Airport
Passports are required for international entry into the Bahamas. Please be sure your passport's expiration date is not within six months of your travel date, otherwise entry may be denied. Taxis are readily accessible from the airport and are a 10-15 minute drive from the airport to any of the recommended hotels below. Taxi fares will range from $30 - $40 USD depending on the party size and destination, and again, most taxis are payable in cash only. Upon leaving the island you will have to clear customs in the Nassau airport, so please plan on arriving at least 2.5 hours prior to your flights departure time. There is no expedited lane for first class or known travelers.
