Old Sacramento is a beautiful historic site along the Sacramento River waterfront. Bustling with activity, it is alive with shopping, dining, entertainment, historical attractions and world-renowned museums set within the time of the California Gold Rush and the Transcontinental Railroad. Old Sacramento Waterfront features dozens of recreated or restored buildings from the Gold Rush era. Though this location is a 45 minute jaunt from the hotel, it is worth the trip to visit and discover the history of California's capitol.

If you are looking for a fun place to visit, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is a must. Here you can hit the slot machines and card tables, dine, lounge at the pool, and maybe even catch a concert.
