Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 6:00 pm and 6:15 pm. There is ample parking available and the ceremony spot is a short walk away from the entrance.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a date if your online RSVP form shows one has been allotted. This will allow us to keep our guest count within COVID-19 guidelines. Thanks for understanding.

Question

Will masks be required during wedding events?

Answer

Yes. Our venue has a strict mask policy that requires guests to wear masks both in indoor and outdoor spaces. Please plan to bring your own mask or one will be provided for you.

Question

What COVID-19 safety precautions are planned?

Answer

Although we cannot eliminate all risks involved in attending a wedding during this time, we are taking several precautions for our wedding to help protect our guests. If you do plan to be there in person, we encourage you to: - Self-isolate for 14 days leading up to the wedding - Get tested 72 hours before the wedding - Bring a mask for the ceremony and reception - Travel with and sit with members of your household - Avoid close contact with other households (sorry, no hugs!) Some precautions we are planning: - All guests must wear masks indoors and outdoors - Seating will be separated into household "pods" for the ceremony and reception - Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing are taking place in outdoor spaces where social distancing can be maintained (weather-permitting) - Ample hand sanitizer will be available and placed around the venue - Vendors will be expected to uphold safety precautions too
