October 2010, Neuqua Valley High School, C- Wing Computer Lab. Javier and Katie are working on an assignment, with their respective friends. Feeling brave, Javier leaned over and said, "hey, what is the answer to number five?" Katie turned around and promptly told him she had a name, it was only two letters really, KT. She told him to address her by her name if he had a question. A few days later, Javi asked Katie for her phone number, and December 13, 2010 he asked her to be his girlfriend. The rest is history!
