Friday Night Welcome Party

Please join us for a welcome party on Friday night! We plan to be outside for some lawn games, followed by a campfire as it gets darker. Caja Madera, a taco truck, will be providing dinner. We will also have ice-cream and s'mores for dessert. Friday night is BYOB so feel free to bring your favorite drink, though we will also be providing complimentary wine and beer. *Note: In case of rain, the welcome party will be moved indoors. -5pm-7:30pm: Lawn games and all you can eat tacos from Caja Madera taco truck. Ben and Jerry's will also be joining us for dessert! -7pm: Campfire starts (weather permitting); Please join us for some s'mores and music/sing along by the campfire. Those with instruments are welcome and encouraged to play! -10pm: Campfire and outdoor activities end -10pm-12am: Late night hang in the game room

Continental Breakfast

A free continental breakfast is provided in the Great Room (bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, tea). We encourage everyone to explore the local area during the day - Vermont is beautiful this time of year! Visit our "Things to do" page for suggestions on what to check out! :)
Ceremony

Cocktail attire suggested. We will be dressed up, but feel free to dress comfortably enough to eat and dance with us afterwards! Note: our ceremony is outdoors on the lawn, so stilettos or tall heels might be tricky on the grass.

Be ready to eat, drink, dance, and be merry!
Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and lawn games will be followed by a dinner buffet provided by Black Diamond BBQ. We are so pleased to announce that the band Certain Treble will be performing for us this evening! Get on your dancin' shoes! :) All outdoor activities will wrap up by 10pm in accordance with the local noise ordinance. However, those are staying with us onsite are welcome to join the late night hang in the game room! Note: You may notice the absence of certain traditional reception activities (garter/bouquet toss, cake cutting, etc) that we decided to forgo for various reasons. Mainly, we just want to maximize our time with all of you, especially out on the dance floor!

Farewell Breakfast

Please come down to the Great Room to say goodbye and enjoy a light catered breakfast by Dream Maker Bakers, a local Vermont bakery. We will have an assortment of breakfast sandwiches, fruit, donuts and bagels.
