Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We blocked off a group rate for the Holiday Inn Express. Look under travel on our website for the information. Rooms are first come first serve at a $159 plus tax a night rate. The booking code is WHC and you need to call the property to reserve. Rooms will sell out and rates will increase significantly due to the fair starting on Sunday so book ASAP, don’t wait.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive by 3:45pm, ceremony will start at 4pm, reception will follow.

Yes free parking onsite, signs will direct

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, but you can use uber, lyft or local taxis. Let us know if you need any help with this. Cars can stay overnight on property if needed.
