What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Guests are kindly asked to arrive 10–15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to be seated.

Formal evening attire requested. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits and ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns or midi length gowns. Please note: The ceremony will be in a church, so modest attire is appreciated.

What colors should I avoid wearing?

Answer

Please avoid wearing white or any shades like ivory, cream, or champagne, as this color is reserved for the bride. The wedding party will be wearing steel blue. Feel free to choose a different color so you don’t accidentally twin with a bridesmaid or groomsman!

Are children invited?

Children are welcome to join us for our ceremony. However, we've decided to keep our reception as an adults-only celebration. We appreciate you making any necessary arrangements in advance, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so our professional photographers can capture the moment. We'll happily share the photos with you afterward!

Will transportation be available between the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes, we're providing complimentary transportation between your hotel and venue. A black SUV driven by Rocki Malik will shuttle guests between Ayres Hotel and Old Ranch Country Club, accommodating up to 6 passengers per trip. **Departure Times:** * 4:00–6:00 PM: Ayres Hotel → Old Ranch Country Club * 10:00 PM–12:00 AM: Old Ranch Country Club → Ayres Hotel Please plan for a little extra time, as multiple trips may be needed to accommodate all guests.
