Every great story starts a little unexpectedly, and ours was no different. In 2020, we met on Bumble, not knowing that a simple swipe would turn into the beginning of something truly special. From the start, there was an easy connection. The kind where conversation flows effortlessly, laughter comes naturally, and time somehow moves faster whenever we’re together. As we spent more time together, we realized how well we balanced each other. Through everyday moments and new adventures, our relationship grew stronger. Along the way, we adopted our dog Butters, who quickly became a big part of our lives and our adventures. With time, what started as a simple connection grew into something deeper. We found that the real magic wasn’t just in the big moments, but in the everyday ones. Late night conversations, shared laughter, and the comfort of knowing we had found our person. When the time came to take the next step, it felt less like a question and more like the natural continuation of our story. Fernando proposed on the beach at Crystal Cove, a place Lauren Ellie had always dreamed of being proposed to. It made the moment even more meaningful and, of course, she said yes.
