Flight
For guests joining us from out of town, plan to fly into Kansas City International Airport (MCI). The airport is a 20-25 minute drive to our wedding hotel in Country Club Plaza and to downtown.
Hotel
We have a coordinated room block with a reduced rate at The Fontaine. This will be our wedding hotel and will also be the location for our Welcome Party on Friday evening. It is conveniently located in Country Club Plaza, a 5 minute drive to the wedding venue. Don't forget to use our group code! Hotel
For those who want to stay in Downtown Kansas City, we recommend Loews Kansas City. The hotel is just a 15 minute drive to our welcome event (Friday) and wedding venue (Saturday). We do not have a block or group rate at this hotel.
Travel Note
Renting a car is definitely not necessary unless you plan to explore outside of the city. Uber and Lyft can get you anywhere you need to go. You can also use the KC streetcar: a free, two mile streetcar running through downtown Kansas City.
Shuttle

We have arranged for shuttles to take guests from The Fontaine Hotel to the wedding venue. Please be in the lobby by 5:20pm for a 5:25pm departure. Shuttles will take guests from the venue back to The Fontaine Hotel at the end of the night.
