Hood River has multiple lodging options through hotels and Airbnb. We have provided room blocks for the Best Western Plus and a discount code for Hampton Inn & Suites. Please feel free to stay wherever you like! We recommend booking lodging in advance as Hood River is a frequent place for summer tourism. Hood River is an hour drive from the closest airport (PDX). If you are driving from Salt Lake City, it is around ten hours.

PDX is one hour from Hood River. We recommend getting a rental car, car pooling, or scheduling a ride service. Please be aware that Uber is difficult and not guaranteed to get from Portland to Hood River. Uber is not in Hood River.

We have secured a discount code for our guests to book rooms through. The Hampton Inn & Suites is a 10 minute walk to the Best Western Plus for the shuttle service pick up and drop off.

Guests are required to arrive to the venue via shuttle. We will have a shuttle service picking guests up promptly at 3:35pm and dropping off at the venue at 4pm. More details will be provided soon.

May 15, 2027 9:00 pm - 10:15 pm

The shuttles will begin transporting guests back to the initial pick up locations at 9pm through 10pm. The last shuttle pick up will be also dropping guests off at the after party!
