All wedding events are adult-only (18+). We appreciate your understanding!
Only guests formally named on your invitation will be accommodated.
The dress code is formal attire. We'd love to see our friends and family in suits and ties, seasonal colors, and long evening dresses. We recommend shoes suitable for grass and dancing.
Unfortunately, there is very limited parking at the venue. All guests will arrive and depart via shuttle service. We will have a shuttle service to accommodate our guests. Please view the travel page for more information on pick up and drop off locations. If there needs to be an exception or you need ADA assistance, please let us know.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 in the afternoon. Our shuttles will be dropping guests off every 10 minutes to the venue. Please grab a glass of champagne, enjoy the view, and be ready to take your seat 10 minutes before the ceremony.
If you are flying in to Portland, we highly recommend a rental car for your visit. Uber/Lyft is not available in Hood River. We will have transportation for guests to and from the venue. All other wedding events will be central and walkable from downtown Hood River.
The Best Western Plus does not offer overnight parking for guests not staying at the hotel. We have a second pick up location for guests wishing to leave a car overnight without paying. Please visit the travel page on our wedding website for more information.
Hood River in May is gorgeous. Spring is in full bloom! While it can sometimes be rainy or likely windy, please expect temperatures to be in the 60s. We will keep an eye on the forecast once our date is closer as well.
We want to be present with you. We kindly ask that all guests stow phones and cameras until after the ceremony.
