Schedule
Here's the plan: If it’s a nice day, we will do the ceremony on the beach (a three-minute walk from the cottage), cocktail hour in the back yard and dinner in the tent. If it rains, the ceremony and reception will be in the tent.
Schedule:
3-3:45pm – Guests arrive, have a drink in the back yard!
3:45pm – Guests move to the beach (weather permitting).
4-4:30 – Wedding ceremony. There will be chairs for everyone on the beach. For those with young kids, we will have some blankets and beach/sand toys for entertaining the younger set.
4:30-6:15 – Cocktail hour with drinks, snacks and yard games. You can also check out the beach and take a swim if you are brave.
6:30-7:30 – Dinner in the tent. There is no assigned seating. The meal is tacos (beef, chicken and potato) with Tex-Mex pasta salad and watermelon corn salad. Everything is gluten free except the pasta salad and there is a gluten free cake option.
7:30-late – More drinks, yard games, dancing, bonfire.

Wedding
4:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Attire suggestion: Dressy casual. This is a backyard wedding with a tent and the ceremony will be on the beach (weather permitting). For footwear, we will be on sand and grass so you may want to skip the heels. Bringing some layers and an umbrella is also a good idea in case it is cold or rainy. We will have sunscreen and bug spray on hand but you may also want to bring some.
