We are still getting married! Just a year later... We are getting married at Josias River Farm, in Cape Neddick, Maine now on August 7th, 2021! We are so excited to share our love with you on our special day in such a beautiful place. The venue is a secluded, enchanting farm with an eclectic 18th century barn and lots of grassy lawns to celebrate on! There are also some adorable goats on the property as well as beautiful and lush gardens. Our wedding will be an entirely outdoor affair, with the cover of a tent and the barn in case of inclement weather. We hope you are as excited as we are to celebrate!

We met on the first day of freshman year at Rowan University. Tyler had just finished moving into Evergreen hall when he noticed the bubbly girl that lived in the dorm across the hall. She had noticed him too, his enchanting blue eyes catching her attention. They walked to the welcome ceremony together and when it started to rain Lauren offered to share her umbrella with Tyler. They spent the whole afternoon together, and after that day, they grew to be best friends.

After months of movie nights and library hangouts Tyler had realized that Lauren was his perfect girl. Lauren was finally single and was planning to go to Philadelphia with Tyler to meet up with her best friend, Kerianne. Tyler had been waiting for the perfect moment to tell Lauren how he felt, but he was worried Lauren wasn't ready for a new relationship. Lauren knew she cared for Tyler, too, but it wasn't until the bus ride home from the city that she realized she didn't want to be without him. That night she kissed him before he could tell her how he felt, and the rest was history! Tyler and Lauren have been together for over 7 years now. They have done long distance twice, while Lauren worked at Walt Disney World in Florida, and again, when Lauren moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career in entertainment. Tyler has always encouraged Lauren to chase her dreams, and Lauren loves how Tyler keeps her laughing even when she gets stressed out. Last Christmas Tyler moved to Los Angeles and they couldn't be happier now that they are together.

On August 1st , 2019 Tyler had planned to take Lauren to Disneyland and then woke up with a terrible stomach bug. He was so disappointed to cancel their plans and Lauren was so confused by how upset he was. They rescheduled their Disney date for the next day and Lauren was so excited to go she didn't notice any of the signs that Tyler might be planning the most perfect proposal. When they arrived at the park Lauren kept saying how important is was to get a picture in front of the castle. Tyler mentioned it wasn't sunny enough to take a picture yet, and though Lauren thought that this was very out of character for him, she agreed to wait to take the photo. After the sun had finally come out, Lauren insisted they take a photo and Tyler was seemingly nervous. While in line, Tyler secretly slipped the ring into his pocket and made sure the photographer at the castle knew he was about to pop the question. After several photos Lauren noticed Tyler was shaking but didn't think anything of it until the photographer asked if there were any other poses Tyler and Lauren wanted, and before Lauren could respond Tyler had bent down on one knee to ask the BIG question! Lauren never thought Tyler would ask in such a public place and she didn't even have her nails done! The rest of the day they were greeted with congratulations and special treats all over the park. It was the most perfect surprise in one of Lauren's favorite spots.
