Will there be transportation to the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Transportation will be provided the day of the wedding from the Hyatt Regency to Windows on the Lake. Details are still being worked out, please check back soon!

Can we drive to the wedding?
Answer
Yes! There is a large parking lot next to the church as well as a parking lot behind the venue where guests can either self-park or valet their cars. Please note that parking at the venue is limited to 40 self-park spots.

Do I have to RSVP to all wedding events?
Answer
Yes! All events require an accurate head count to be given at least 14 days prior to the wedding, so please make sure you RSVP as soon as you are able to. We hope you can join us at all of the events throughout the weekend!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Dress code will be black tie optional. The weather in late September can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a light jacket, sweater or shawl in case the weather is chilly. Long dresses and suits or tuxedos are encouraged, but please wear something you are comfortable in and don't forget your dancing shoes!

Are the wedding events held inside or outside?

The ceremony at The Church of St. Patrick will be held inside. The cocktail hour and reception at Windows on the Lake will be held inside with two outdoor areas available - both with great views of Lake Ronkonkoma!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are keeping our wedding intimate with only close family and friends. For this reason, we are sadly unable to accommodate guests not listed on the invitations. Thank you for respecting our wishes!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony at The Church of St. Patrick starts at 3:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure everyone is in their seats for a prompt start.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
Please turn off all cellphones and electronics during the ceremony; we've hired professional photographers and videographers that will capture the ceremony! We would love for you to be present and fully enjoy this important event in our lives, and a full wedding gallery will be made available to all guests after the wedding. You are free to use your cellphone during cocktail hour and the reception.
