The last day to get our discounted rate is May 1st, 2025. But the hotel rooms and cabins on site will go fast so book asap!

How do I book my hotel room or cabin?
Answer
You can book online with our group discount code (45U3YE) for Friday and Saturday night only! Go to our "Lodging" page for details! If you would like to extend your stay, please call the lodge directly and mention the Wintheiser-Mammo wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire will work! All events will be held outside and on grass. So plan your shoes accordingly and bring a light jacket!

Yes! Bring the whole family! We will be serving a kids menu for all our little ones.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive on the grass bluff, next to the lodge pool, at least 15 min prior to the ceremony. Don't forget to grab a drink by the lodge pool!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is a parking lot adjacent to the lodge, very close to the ceremony and reception site.

Yes! We are serving a buffet with vegetarian options! If you have a specific allergy, please notify us ahead of time so we can accommodate you!

Will there be transportation to and from the Patterson Lake cabins?
Answer
Yes! Sun Mountain Lodge will be providing shuttle service to and from the Patterson lake cabins for ceremony & reception.
