The Pearl Tampa
Picture Manhattan, NY but shrink it down to the size of a street. Water Street makes it feel like you are living in a big city. The Pearl is on corner of Water Street.

Pop up restaurants that change every couple of months. Located right by the cruise port and aquarium. Lots of great outside seating! (and a great bar!)
