Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Based on CDC guidelines, it is required that you wear a mask upon entry into the church, if you do not have a mask the church will provide you one. You are permitted to remove your mask once you're seated, this is up to your personal preference. At the close of the ceremony, our Pastor will dismiss you from back to front. There will not be a receiving line and you must directly exit to your car. Our wedding reception is now taking place outside in order to adhere to the Allegheny guidelines on gathering restrictions. Mask are not required while outdoors but must be worn upon entry into the club house.

What safety precautions are being put in place?

Answer

Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the church and reception areas. You will notice certain pews will be blocked off in order to enforce social distancing. We will have ushers that will help direct you on where you can it. All staff members at the church and country club are required to wear masks throughout our entire wedding. We have also asked for you to provide your email address on the RSVP card in order for us to implement contact tracing, if necessary.

What should I wear to the Wedding?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We want everyone looking fly but also comfortable, so loosen up that tie and let it all hang loose! Men may wear a suit with or without ties. Women may cocktail dresses, long or short, you decide!

What time is check in/check out

Answer

Check-in time is at 3:00pm, check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you plan to travel to Pittsburgh on Saturday we suggest calling ahead of time to ensure your room will be ready. We don't want you to miss the ceremony!

Wedding Transporation

Answer

A shuttle bus will be arriving at the front of the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 3pm to take guests to the ceremony and reception. The shuttle will return to the reception to take guests back to the hotel starting at 9pm and will run on a constant loop until the reception ends. Feel free to hop on whenever you're ready to go! If drive and decide to take the shuttle back to the hotel your car will be safe at the reception. We want all our guests to be safe and have fun!
