Where should I stay?

OKC has several great options for lodging! The wedding will take place in downtown OKC. The Colcord Hotel is right across the street from our venue. Other downtown hotels like the Sheraton, the Omni, and the Wyndham Grand are among the downtown hotels close to the wedding festivities. If you are looking for an encounter with a ghost, the haunted Skirvin Hotel is the one for you. If you're looking for a boutique hotel, check out Bradford House. If you're considering renting a house or apartment, AirBnB has a lot of great options in the area.

What is the best way to get around the city?

Oklahoma City ranks 2nd in land area among U.S. cities if you ignore cities in Alaska and Montana. Thankfully, our wedding festivities conveniently take place in the downtown area which means that it is easy and affordable to get around. Our newly built streetcar connects the downtown area to the popular Midtown and Bricktown districts. The streetcar runs until 2am on Friday and Saturday night and until 10pm on Sunday night. For our wedding day, guests that stay downtown should find it easy to take the short walk to Meinders Terrace in Myriad Gardens for our ceremony. Guests staying elsewhere in the city can find plenty of parking spaces around Myriad or utilize Uber or Lyft. The reception at Angry Scotsman Brewing is only 4 blocks away from Myriad which makes for a quick drive or a slightly longer walk (or a fun scooter ride). We encourage all guests who plan on drinking to utilize Uber or Lyft to safely get to your accommodations after the reception.
