History Tour

Sallie Ann Robinson is a sixth generation native Daufuskie Islander. Daufuskie Island's only native professional guide, her tours are offered Thursdays and Saturdays, 11am-2pm. This 2 1 /2 hour guided golf cart tour will give you insight to what Daufuskie was like decades ago as well as to what it has become today, including about the Gullah culture.

Harbor Town- HHI

An off Island option is to take the Haig Point Water Taxi ten minutes across the Calibogue Sound to Harbour Town. Water Taxi reservations are required and can be made by calling (843) 686-2000. The cost is $8.00 per person one way. The boat leaves ten minutes after the hour from 7:10 AM – 11:10 PM.
