Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We recommend staying at the Courtyard Marriot, but there are plenty of hotels in the downtown area! Visit the "Travel" page on our website in order to book within the room block at a discounted rate.

What if we want to stay beyond the available dates in the room block?

Answer

If you would like to stay beyond the night before and night of, you will have to make a separate reservation for those extra days. We should be able to get you the discounted rate for those days still, so reach out to us if that is the case and we will coordinate with the hotel.
