When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at a prompt 3:30. Please arrive at 3pm in order to get everyone accommodated and seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal: We welcome suits, gowns and cocktail dresses. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass and some of the paths are gravel.

Yes, but by invite only.

Only if a plus one is specified on your invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Unfortunately, there is no transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The venue has parking. Please use the link in our travel section for the exact address. Or type in "Galway Downs Main Entrance" into your GPS. If you pass by a soccer park you are close.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Failure to adhere to this timeline may result in our inability to accommodate this request.
