Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Country Chic - Combine elegance and flair with your favorite cocktail attire, or have some fun with it and incorporate that rustic country western vibe. Montana is known for its unpredictable weather so come prepared for sun or snow.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddo's, this is an adult only event. If you need guidance or tips on what to do with your kiddos while at our wedding, please reach out.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather here in Montana is unpredictable to even the novice weatherman. With October being our favorite time of year in this valley, we suggest you dress your best, and prepare for your worst.

Question

Can we leave vehicles over night?

Answer

Yes. Hart Ranch allows your vehicle to be left over night, politely requesting it be picked up no later than 10:00 am the following morning.

Question

What do I do if I see a Grizzly Bear?

Answer

All joking aside, Grizzlies have a healthy population here in Western Montana. Sightings are rare here in Bozeman and most commonly occur unless deep in the trails in the early morning or late at night, but it's important to always be 'Bear aware'. If you're traveling through migratory pathways or dwellings (Gallatin's, Yellowstone, Glacier National Park, Beartooth, etc.) it's likely an encounter may happen. When hiking on MTN trails, always carry bear spray and know how to use it. If an encounter happens, follow the '3 bear rule': If its brown, lay down; if its black, fight back; if its white "goodnight." Below is a link to migratory Grizzly paths, cause we're nerds like that. https://fwp.mt.gov/conservation/wildlife-management/wildlife-migration/tracking/furbearer-carnivore/grizzly-bear
