Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

The Hotel at Arundel Preserve 7795 Arundel Mills Boulevard Hanover, MD 21076 410-796-9830 ***The ceremony and reception will be held on the second floor of the hotel in the Chesapeake Ballroom.***

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Help us get the party started as scheduled! The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand to locate the ceremony space and find a seat.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
There is a free parking garage adjacent to the hotel.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress for women and a suit and tie for men.

Are children welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
We will be serving light hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three course plated dinner, including dessert. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP.

ABSOLUTELY! But please be generous in tipping the bar staff!

Can I bring additional guests?
Answer
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate the number of guests listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Yes! We recommend visiting the "Things to Do" page of our website where we have compiled some of our favorite hotspots near the venue, as well as in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?
Answer
We are limiting the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony and look forward to celebrating with everyone at the wedding and reception.
