Question

I can't come all the way to Poland! How can I still celebrate with you?

Answer

The most important part of our wedding is the holy ceremony in the Catholic church and it brings us great joy to be able to livestream this sacred event so that everybody we love can witness it. Joining two cultures from different parts of the world is a big challenge and we both recognize that there will be times where people we love are not going to be able to be with us physically. We do not want anybody to feel pressured to travel or cause hardship for anyone, therefore we have been working with the cathedral in Lublin to set up a livestream option. Loved ones who are not able to join us physically will always be with us spiritually and it is important to us to provide everybody a way to take part. We are also planning to host a modest event in the USA in the year after the wedding takes place for anyone to join, but we have not set a specific date for that yet. We'll be in touch about this after the wedding in Poland. In other words, please don't worry if you can't come to Poland. You were invited because we love you and we know you love us. Nothing like that could ever change this! We know that we will have an opportunity to celebrate with you. There is no pressure for anyone to take time off of work or pay for travel that they can't or don't want to do.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

It would be ideal for us to have received all RSVPs by the end of August.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we recommend the Grand Hotel Lublin, you can find information about it under the "Travel" tab. There are standard double rooms blocked for our event, more information about pricing is in the "Travel" tab. There is no link for the blocked rooms, simply contact the hotel directly and mention our wedding.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, the ceremony is within walking distance of all major hotels/AirBnBs.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. We recommend covering shoulders and any deep necklines when at the church ceremony.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please tell us about your allergy in detail. When you RSVP there will be a space where you can tell us about your dietary restriction(s).

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00pm Local Time (Central European Standard Time) We recommend arriving between 2:30pm and 2:45pm If you are joining on our livestream, the ceremony time is at 9:00am EST
